- The length of the talks: 30 minutes for keynotes, 20 minutes for others and 3 minutes for flash talks.
- Presentations should ideally be in PowerPoint format, but PDF files will also be accepted.
- Presentations in widescreen format (16:9) is preferred.
- Please upload your presentation to this link preferably the day before your presentation.
- Please name your file as follows: Surname_Firstname.
- The provided computer in the lecture room will be used for presentations, it is not possible to use personal computers.
- Please check your presentation time in the program and arrive at the lecture room ten minutes before your session starts to ensure your presentation is loaded onto the presenting computer.
- It is important to keep time during presentations, please leave time for questions.

Posters:
- Format: Vertical, standard A0 (width 841 mm, height 1189 mm).
- Please print your poster beforehand (no template is provided) and bring it with you to the congress venue.
- Poster numbers will be indicated on-site.
- Posters can be placed on the stands on Monday morning from 08:00 onwards.
- Posters must be taken down no later than Wednesday after the session 8, at latest 13:00.
Flash talks:
- Length: One slide and 3 minutes, with no time for discussion.
